AMCON.TICKETSERVICE offers a powerful, legally compliant, and flexible solution for use at ticket counters, service desks, and stationary sales points. With intuitive user guidance, real-time data processing, and comprehensive hardware integration, the software supports all essential sales and service processes – reliably, quickly, and efficiently.
Efficient Sales Processes – Digitally and in Real Time
The software supports all common sales types such as advance sales, zone-based pricing, origin-destination sales, and quick-access (favorites) sales. Back-office functions like cancellations, refunds, deposits and withdrawals, as well as full and partial returns, are seamlessly integrated.
All sales data, events, and logs are automatically transmitted to the backend system in real time – providing full transparency and control.

Smart Digital Features for Better Service
Beyond its core functionality, AMCON.TICKETSERVICE includes a range of digital features that streamline operations and enhance service quality:
- Digital signature capture directly via customer display or payment terminal
- Paper stub tracking for complete documentation of all printouts

Flexible, Scalable, and Hardware-Independent
Our POS software can be flexibly adapted to suit various requirements – whether as a compact solution with integrated hardware or as a software-only application on existing PCs.
Up to four printers can be controlled and configured independently – for example, to separate ticket and receipt printing or to ensure operational redundancy. Additional components like scanners, RFID card readers, cash recyclers, and payment terminals can also be seamlessly connected.
Legally Compliant with Technical Security Device (TSE)
All cash registers can be equipped with a technical security device (TSE) in accordance with the German Cash Security Ordinance (KassenSichV). This ensures full compliance with legal requirements and prepares you for future audits.
Customizable Interfaces with the Design Editor
With the integrated Design Editor, transport operators have full control over the appearance and user interface of their sales systems. Sales interfaces and ticket layouts can be independently customized at any time – no programming skills required.
All user interfaces can be flexibly designed to match your corporate branding – from color schemes to the arrangement of interface elements.
Customer display layouts can also be customized, for example to show service information, promotional content, or user-friendly instructions during the sales process.
Another highlight: Sales processes can be defined and configured directly via the backend system (HGS) and the Design Editor. This allows for a rapid response to market demands – such as fare adjustments or special promotions.
