The AMCON.POS product group consists of AMCON.TVM (ticket vending machines) and AMCON.TICKETSERVICE (cash registers). These can be operated easily and intuitively in the public transport sector, enabling uncomplicated staffed and self-service sales of analog and digital tickets according to the VDV-KA standard. This applies to POS systems in customer centers, own and third-party sales outlets, as well as machines at stations, stops, or inside vehicles. Thanks to device independence, the software can be used on many devices from different manufacturers. This compatibility gives you great flexibility in hardware selection, and individual hardware components can be easily replaced if needed. We are happy to advise you on the hardware best suited for your area of application and how to optimally integrate it into your sales points or vehicles.
AMCON.TICKETVENDINGMACHINE (AMCON.TVM)
AMCON.TICKETVENDINGMACHINE enables cashless ticket sales at vending machines and supports both eTickets according to VDV-KA and paper tickets with roll tracking. All sales data is transmitted in real time to the backend system. Besides sales, machines can also be used as timetable info terminals or digital advertising spaces. Integration of third-party providers and websites is also possible. Optionally, hardware components such as scanners or cash recyclers can be connected.

AMCON.TICKETSERVICE
AMCON.TICKETSERVICE provides ticket sales outlets with powerful POS software for easy payment processing, cancellations, refunds, and returns. All sales data is transmitted in real time to the AMCON.SYSTEM and is immediately available there.
The software supports up to four printers and enables printing on ticket or receipt paper. Scanners, card readers, and cash recyclers can be easily integrated. Paperless shift closing saves time and reduces effort.
AMCON.TICKETSERVICE complies with the Kassensicherheitsverordnung (KassenSichV) and can be equipped with a TSE (technical security device).
