The freely configurable subledger ensures that all sales and incoming payments are posted to the correct accounts. The transfer of accounting-relevant transactions to the general ledger is simple and seamless.
Automatic Number Ranges
Within the subledger, number ranges for receipts, closures, and bookings can be fully customized, ensuring data consistency with the general ledger.
Multi-Client Capability
The system is multi-client capable, meaning multiple transport companies can connect to the back-end system—ideal for collaborations with subcontractors or transport associations.

The Shift Management, Vendor Account Management, Subledger Accounting, and Statistics modules ensure that all necessary processes and requirements can be fully covered.

Shift Management
The Shift Management module provides real-time access to current and past shifts, including key data like shift duration, staff involved, payment details (totals, cancellations, payment types), devices used, and current locations. All shift receipts and sales data are compiled and can be connected to Business Intelligence (BI) systems for further analysis.
Vendor Account Management
This module gives a complete overview of all accounts used by staff or devices for sales and accounting within the system. All sales are booked directly to the respective vendor account. Users can view account balances, generate reports (e.g., by employee or transaction type), and monitor cash levels for both staff and devices.
Subledger Accounting
This module posts all business transactions from the back-end system to the corresponding personal and general ledger accounts. Sales revenues from all registered devices are automatically assigned to the correct debtor accounts. Revenues from external systems can also be captured and booked. AMCON.ACCOUNTING allows flexible configuration of number ranges and booking rules.
Statistics Module
Generate and export detailed statistics with advanced filtering, grouping, and analysis options. Sales data can be sorted by time periods, fare zones, routes, or ticket types. The module supports various data groupings (e.g., by fare zone, line, ticket type) and provides visualizations through multiple chart formats, enabling clear data insights and informed decision-making.
