AMCON Systemlösungen GmbH delivers an end customer app and a web store for Klagenfurt Mobil GmbH

Klagenfurt (May 19, 2025) The subsidiary “AMCON Systemlösungen GmbH”, recently founded by AMCON Software GmbH and based in Klagenfurt, has received its first order with the implementation of an end customer app and a web store for KMG Klagenfurt Mobil GmbH. KMG operates local public transport in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee and is a close partner of Verkehrsverbund Kärnten GmbH (VKG), which has been an AMCON customer since 2023.

Improved offering through an end customer app and a web shop

The AMCON.APP developed by AMCON should be ready for use this year and offer KMG’s end customers the opportunity to purchase tickets and call up real-time information on departures and arrivals at stops and route information. Current traffic information on public transport will also be taken into account. In addition, all information about shared mobility services is displayed, including e-car sharing providers such as Avant2Go or bike sharing providers such as Nextbike. When planning a route, different means of transport can be taken into account and different shared mobility stations can be displayed.

To round off the offer, KMG is also getting an AMCON.WEBSHOP, which enables the online sale of tickets and topping up the KMG prepaid card.

Both the app and the web store impress with their user-friendliness and extensive range of functions, which places particular emphasis on a positive user experience.
