The evaluation is based on an anonymous and representative employee survey covering key topics such as trust in leadership, team spirit, fairness, appreciation, and identification with the company. Additionally, a culture audit assessed management’s measures to create an attractive working environment.
Particularly noteworthy: Employee feedback carries a weighting of 75%, making the award a true benchmark for lived corporate culture.
