Our Engagement
In order to sustainably drive forward the transport transition and digitalize public transport in Germany, we need committed specialists. We train them ourselves, as we also want to strengthen rural areas and our region, the Oldenburger Münsterland. We are involved in schools, universities and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce to offer young people in rural areas a professional future in the STEM sector:
Promotion of IT professions
We promote IT professions by offering training as an IT specialist for application development as well as dual studies in business informatics. We currently employ more than 30 trainees and dual students.
Future days, internships and open days
Our doors are always open to school students who would like to get a taste of the work of a software developer.
Cooperation with schools
We maintain close partnerships with schools - whether through the weekly organization of working groups or support for media days.
University of Oldenburg
We support the University of Oldenburg with a cooperation agreement and in return benefit from scientific findings in order to continuously improve our products.
IHK General Assembly
Our CEO Olaf Clausen is a member of the Oldenburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce General Assembly and sits on committees that focus on strengthening the Oldenburg Münsterland and rural areas. He has also been a member of the Audit Committee for many years.
