Great Place to Work 2025
Best employer in ITC & in Lower Saxony-Bremen
AMCON has been named one of the best employers in Lower Saxony-Bremen in the Great Place to Work® competition for the fifth time in a row and one of the best employers in ICT (information and communication technology) for the third time.
The data is collected through an anonymous employee survey. The awards stand for special achievements in the development of trusting working relationships and the creation of attractive and conducive working conditions.
Top training IHK 2024
AMCON awarded the TOP TRAINING seal
AMCON has been awarded the TOP TRAINING seal by the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce). Behind this IHK quality seal is a consulting process that evaluates training quality across five assessment areas. Companies are assessed by an IHK advisory team as part of a quality evaluation procedure.
The evaluation covered various quality aspects developed based on the BIBB model program for the “Development and Assurance of Quality in Company-Based Vocational Training,” such as:
commitment to career orientation and the recruitment of apprentices
the design of the training start
the planning and progression of the training
cooperation with dual partners
and prospects for apprentices after completing their training.
Lower Saxony Award for Especially Reliable Training 2024
AMCON recognized for especially reliable training
The Lower Saxony Ministry of Education presents an annual award for especially reliable training, honoring companies that offer exemplary and consistent training programs in four different categories: crafts, industry and commerce, agriculture and home economics, and healthcare.
In 2024, the focus was on the provision of career-oriented internships. AMCON received the award in the category “Industry and Commerce.”
Innovation Award 2022
AMCON honored with the Innovation Award by Oldenburger Münsterland e. V. for its AMCON.POS vending machine software
Each year, Oldenburger Münsterland e. V. recognizes four regional companies and entrepreneurs with various business awards. The four awards – “Entrepreneur of the Year,” “Start-up of the Year,” “Lifetime Entrepreneurial Achievement,” and the “Innovation Award” – are presented during a festive evening event.
In November 2022, it was that time again. Amid elegant attire, delicious food and drinks, and a fantastic supporting program, the winners were announced one by one. This year, we were among them: we received the Innovation Award – for our software solution AMCON.POS.
