... Fare Systems
For nearly 30 years we have been experts in fare systems, placing a strong emphasis on meeting the needs of administrative staff. With our AMCON.SYSTEM even complex fare structures can be operated easily and intuitively. Thanks to our talented young software developers, we consistently bring fresh ideas and innovation to the field. We rely on open standards and have been actively involved in the HUSST working group and various VDV working groups for many years. In addition to our development team, our managing director Olaf Clausen is also passionately committed to advancing fare system development.

Every transport company has its own specific system requirements. A small bus company often has different needs than a large corporation. That’s why we offer our modular system in combination with a variety of hardware. From off-the-shelf tablets or smartphones to compact ticket printers, AMCON.SYSTEM can be used as a complete solution tailored to your specific field.
... Interfaces and Web Services
We use the standard HUSST interface format to supply ticket vending machines, cash registers, and on-board computers from various manufacturers with updated fare data. This open interface format allows for simple data exchange. A central back-end system enables easy management of data across all sales devices. Our web services based on the core API also provide the foundation for mobility platforms, allowing third-party mobility services as well as webshops or external apps to be integrated. This makes access to public transport easier and more convenient for end users.
... eTicketing
Processing eTickets is one of our core competencies. We have been implementing eTicketing projects for many years — whether according to the VDV-KA standard, for which we are certified by VDV eTicket Service GmbH, or as proprietary or closed eTicketing systems. In the meantime, we are also sharing our expertise in this area with partner companies who use our technologies, enabling them to offer eTicket processing for their own customers as well.

In our development process, we rely on agile management methods like Scrum. We have found a solid approach that enables our development teams, product managers, and project managers to work hand in hand, leveraging synergies and completing projects to the satisfaction of both our clients and ourselves.
